What you will love in the neighborhood
Picture-perfect Puerto Aventuras is a gated, safe town less about twenty minutes south of Playa Del Carmen. Most visitors fly into the Cancun International Airport, and take private transfers down to PA. With additional 24/7 onsite security at Chac Hal Al, leave all worries behind and simply relax. During the day, hop on a local catamaran tour or go scuba diving. Stroll a block or so across the cobblestone streets and over two dozen restaurants / bars / ice cream shops will greet you with a smile and cerveza. Buy the catch of the day from local fisherman (or join them on a trip!). Hit a few balls at the local golf course or visit one of many local adventure parks such as Xcaret, Xel Ha, Xplor, or Xenses. Check out where Corona commercials were shot about five minutes south at Xpu-Ha beach or take a half-hour taxi to Tulum to sip on margaritas from the bluff overlooking one of the best beaches in the world.

House Rules:
- Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. onwards and check-out is 11 a.m. (local time)
- Not safe or suitable for infants (under 2 years) and pets; the building is a walk-up with short railings on stairs and balconies. Not suitable for toddlers or young children if unsupervised.
- No smoking, parties, or events
- Pets are not allowed in the condo or entire complex according to bylaws
- Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. in this complex
- No drugs allowed in this gated community
- Posted pool and private beach rules must be adhered to
- Do not run the A/C with any windows or doors open
- Be considerate with energy consumption 

You must also acknowledge:
- Must climb stairs. There are two flights of stairs to get to condo and the unit itself spans two levels (master upstairs).
- Surveillance or recording devices on property; Chac Hal Al has 24/7 security, including the use of cameras pointed at common property. This is for the added safety of owners and guests.
