The delightful ground floor beach home Chac Hal Al F103, Casa Begonia could not have a better location or views!...right on the beach and just steps away from the multi level ocean front swimming pool. Beach chairs and sun loungers are put out every morning for guests. The condo is close to restaurants in the marina, boutiques, dive stores and Dolphin Discovery.
From the beach facing living room and master bedroom you can step out and feel the soft white sand beneath your feet as you walk to the gently lapping Caribbean ocean. The living room and master bedroom have separate terraces where you can relax, enjoy and watch beautiful sun sets.
The ensuite master bedroom has a king bed, easy chair, dresser and closets. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds. The living room one murphy bed as well as a full living room set, dining area and open kitchen equipped with toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, ceiling fans, TV, A/C, washer dryer, safety box.
There is wireless internet connection (please bring your own lap top)

Nice and quiet vacation
We have stayed at Chac Hal al three previous times in three different condos and have enjoyed them all. F-103 is a great location steps from the beach and quiet. New to us this time was having coffee at Cafe C@fe on the Marina - great brownies too!
Anatolia at Caribbean Realty is very friendly and helpful if you need anything or need any questions answered. This unit had a comfortable king bed that was not as hard as you sometimes find in Mexico. It was great to go to sleep listening to the waves lap up on the beach. Security guards are seen quite frequently on the property. Snorkeling is good always in the bay out by the reef. Very convenient to have a Super Che grocery out by the entrance - saves a lot of time not having to shop in Playa - fruit ,etc. can be sparce at the store though. This is a great place if you have seen most all of the nearby attractions and just want to blow up a float mat and hang out - and is close to alot of attractions if you have

Our condo was just a few steps from the patio to the sand to the water. It was decently decorated (except for the odd touch of Mona Lisa and Last Supper framed puzzles on the walls) and the kitchen (no oven though) was adequately fitted out. The complex is only a very small walking distance the dolphin center and the restaurants. Our only disappointment with the whole vacation was the truly awful food served in restaurants in Puerto aventuras. My best advice is not to waste your money on any of the places, except for the margaritas, and head down the road about a half mile to a well-stocked super market. Their whole grilled chickens were far better than anything in even the best restaurants in pa. Make your own dinner and have it on your patio right next to the blue Caribbean.

Everything you need 30 ft from waters edge
This is our 4th or 5th time in F103, Casa Begonia. Weve stayed with 2 to 6 friends/family. Its a spacious, comfortable ground floor unit that has a terrace just steps away from the sand. When we werent sitting around the patio table for breakfast, lunch, dinner or card playing we just moved to the units lounge chairs or the communal loungers on the sand.

Having been to Puerto each year for the past 15 years and having owned a place there, Casa Begonia is in the perfect location, well maintained and comfortable. We have stayed there the past two years and hope to stay again next year. Only steps to the water, cable TV, charcoal grill, great maid service as well as rental agency. The only fault (and I am picky) are that the pillows are too lumpy and hard. That was solved because I traveled with my own mushy down pillow. Puerto is great for deep sea fishing - much better than in Cancun because from Puerto you zig zag the coast and never lose site of the shore. Makes it easier for those that tend to get sea sick. The boats are close by too and from the patio you can watch them come into the channel of the marina. Great place!!

We have stayed in Puerto Aventuras many times. This location was GREAT as it is right there on the beach. At this time of year is was very quiet so we were able to have friends over that live there as well as order from the beach bar for food and drinks. As my husband does not stay in the sun as much as I do, it was great for me to be right there! I really did like the idea of the gift basket and plenty of water as we got in late that night we arrived. As well as some basics spices so we did not have to buy a lot.. and what we did not use, we left for others. Easy and wonderful as well as using the transportation to and from the airport! Job well done ;) This is the first time that we used this rental service.

We love Puerto avenuras! This is our second time there and we will be back. We stayed in Chac Hal al F-103 for the first time and hope to always stay there...we wish we owned it! Anatolia is easy to work with and always has a wonderful smile on her face and always wants to help. The only thing I would change about the unit is, I would put a TV in the master bedroom. Not that you should be watching TV while staying there it would be nice to have when you go to bed. Otherwise Id change nothing. Thanks Anatolia for another great vacation, see you next year!!
