Casa Claudia has two ensuite bedrooms, the master suite has a king bed and the guest suite has 2 full beds. There is a half bath off the hall way. The home is equipped with air conditioning throughout. The living room is enormous, sit back and relax on the beautiful L shape leather sofa watching your favorite program on the large flat screen TV. There are 2 chaises facing towards the ocean in the living room, from here you have mesmerizing views! The owners have thought of everything to ensure that you have a comfortable and stylish stay! There is an Italian designer gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped…perfect for preparing your favorite meal or cocktail. If you would like to taste local delicacies, we can arrange for a cook to prepare a delicious meal for you. Indoors there is a dining area with seating for 6.

There is a lot to do in Puerto Aventuras and the great thing is that it is all within walking distance! Close by to Punta Roca, you have the center of Puerto Aventuras located around the San Carlos marina. Here you will find many international restaurants, delicatessen, boutiques, Dolphin Discovery, dive stores, grocery stores, ATM, fishing, Skate Park, internet cafes, Cedam Museum. There are tennis courts close by and there is a 9 hole golf course, surrounded by beautiful landscaped tropical gardens. The Fatima Bay beach is wonderful for snorkeling, here you also have the Omni Beach club.
Puerto Aventuras could not be more conveniently located, under 15 minutes north you have Playa Del Carmen with the famous 5th Avenue. Here, you have so many wonderful restaurants, bars, boutiques….something to keep everyone happy. Under 15 minutes south you have Akumal, with beach restaurants, dive stores, Yalku Lagoon. The ruins of Tulum, Coba and the local cenotes (sink holes) are well worth a visit too, not to mention Eco Parks, Xcaret and Xel Ha!
