Villa Palmilla is a unique custom built beach home located on the beautiful shores in Jade Beach. The stunning villa has been exceptionally designed, outstanding architecture, furnishings with beautiful colors and textures, art, comfort and all modern conveniences.
Entering the grounds you are greeted by lush tropical gardens and water fall leading the the impressive entrance of the wonderful villa. The tropical garden has outdoor dining and BBQ grill.
Opening the large mahogany front door, you are greeted by the fabulous blue ocean glistening, while walking into the sumptuous open plan living, dining room and kitchen. The comfortable living area looks has a large comfortable sofa and two love seats. The living area has a large widow show casing the L shaped swimming pool that has been cleverly incorporated into the villa, looking forward and to the left offers pool views. The living area has satellite TV, VCR, DVD player and 5 CD disc changer. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with black granite counter tops, has a double oven, separate Bosch standalone refrigerator and freezer. The central island in the kitchen has a wine cooler. There is a beautiful dining table for 8 made of Chechen wood.
The living area walks out to the terrace, here you have covered shade with comfortable wicker chairs and outdoor dining for 6. There are chaises with sun umbrellas for shade. The speakers on the terrace ensure poolside relaxation with your favorite cocktail and favorite tunes! The wonderful Jade Beach is wonderful for swimming and snorkeling.
Downstairs you have an entertainment suite offering wonderful pool and ocean views and also tropical garden views. This suite combines an office/TV room with two computer desks and Satellite TV. A comfortable sofa converts to a double bed. From here you can also step out to the lap swimming pool, swimming enthusiasts will love this room! This suite is adjacent to a fully equipped powder/bath room with a shower.
The mahogany stairway with decorative windows leads to the upper hallway where you have three suites. The master bedroom is truly wonderful. The king suite has two love seats, wonderful artwork, ensuite bath with spa tub with ocean views and also a walk in closet. There is a telescope here for stargazing! The master suite boasts spectacular beach view and walk out to a large terrace. The second guest suite has a king bed is ocean view with walk out to the large terrace. The third suite has two twin beds (may also be king), there is also a private terrace. This room has wonderful artwork on the beautiful shelves.
