As you enter the villa you are immediately drawn to the magical sight of the azul Caribbean ocean.
The comfortable living room is designed with comfort in mind, with an L shaped sofa and oversized armchairs. There is a fantastic entertainment area with 40” plasma TV with stereo surround sound, DVD, CD, satellite TV and Harmon Kardon receiver with speakers throughout the house. The best is yet to come…from the living room the infinity swimming pool is just one step away! There is a shallow pool for children and also a heated hot tub/jacuzzi for up to 6…relax and enjoy the ocean view with your favorite cocktail!
The living area also comprises a fully equipped and modern designed kitchen. You will be dining in style at the Indonesian teak dining table which has seating for 8 and overlooks the ocean. Isabella will delight you with her delicious Mayan and local menus.
The villa comprises 5 ample bedrooms, all with marble ensuite baths and a.c. The Ibiza suite is located on the ground floor with a sliding door leading right out to the swimming pool…perfect for the swimming enthusiast! Also on the ground floor is the Garden View suite, with twin beds that may be converted into a king bed if required. This room has sliding doors leading onto the beautiful tropical Garden. There is also the ground floor Garden View Casita located in a separate wing for extra privacy. The Garden Casita also leads onto the tropical garden. There are two suites upstairs, The Mallorca and Minorca suite. Both upstairs bedrooms have king beds, balcony and fabulous ocean views. The Minorca master suite also has an oversize bath tub…just perfect for even more relaxing!
The villa is just minutes away from golf, tennis and the center of town which is located around a marina with many restaurants, boutiques and grocery store…not to mention the most beautiful Puerto Aventuras beach!
