The gorgeous Casa Mariposa "Butterfly house" is an oceanfront villa located in Puerto Aventuras and really is as beautiful as a butterfly!

The 3500 sq. ft air conditioned villa has recently been remodelled, no expense or detail has been spared. The Indonesian and Caribbean carved wooden furniture is complemented by the glorious color washed walls, blends of fabrics, soft leather furniture, styled Mexican tiles and marble details. Casa Mariposa is one of the most luxurious villas in the Riviera Maya.

As you enter this home you will captivated by the stunning blue of the Caribbean ocean that beckons you from beyond the living room. The expansive pacific style living room with high vaulted and domed ceiling boasts a fabulous entertainment area. With a 43" large TV screen with American Satellite channels, a DVD player with selection of movies and stereo/CD player you will certainly be entertained! The large dining table with seating for 8 ensures that you will be dining in style against a backdrop of a wall of Mayan stones. The large fully equipped kitchen will delight the most aspiring chef! You may also wish to try some of the delicious Mexican and Mayan menus prepared by Cheli.

The living room terrace looks onto the 15' by 20' swimming pool, there is a shallow end for the children. The ocean side of the swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers...perfect for the afternoon siesta and admiring the vista!

Casa Mariposa has 4 individually styled bedrooms. Two of the four sumptuous bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first bedroom located to the left of the living room overlooks the ocean, has a king size bed and has easy access to the swimming pool...great for that early morning swim! The second bedroom with ensuite bath, terrace and tropical garden views has twin beds that may be put together to form a king. On the second floor there are two master suites, both with king beds, ensuite baths and sitting areas with soft leather couches enabling you to relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. One of the sofas is a sofa bed, which may sleep an additional 2 people. Above each sitting area are domed ceilings of hand made brick. Each of the four bedrooms has enormous paddle style ceiling fans, TV and DVD.

• Rates are subject to change until confirmed
• No pets please! Failure to adhere to this will result in you being asked to leave the premises immediately.
• There is a $750 Security/Damage deposit on this villa
• Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and could be reason to ask you to vacate.
