Hacienda Kass, is a unique 5 bedroom Hacienda Style villa located in Soliman Bay. Entering the estate through the gates into the tropical garden you are greeted by the magnificent Hacienda in full glory. The villa offers a luxurious beachfront vacation Hacienda Style!

The impressive custom made front door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The Boveda ceiling has Tabique Bricks bought all the way from Puebla, the chandeliers are from Merida and beautiful Talavera tiles. The beautiful furnishings are hand made. The villa has wonderful and thoughtful pieces of art throughout, you will feel as if you are in medieval times. The living room has Satellite TV with DVD player, with deluxe surround sound stereo with BOSE speakers (on first floor and also pool side). The dining room seats 10. The gourmet Hacienda kitchen has all modern conveniences with central island….keen chefs will love cooking their delights!

From the living area you have walk out to the wonderful beachside swimming pool (15' x 20') with multi levels. There is a pool side outdoor shower. Over looking the pool is a Grecian Aqueduct with water sprinkling over the swimming pool. Poolside you have chaises for relaxation….blissful hours relaxing with your favorite cocktail. The covered terrace has outdoor dining and also chairs for relaxation. The separate bath house has a shower and wc. The Soliman Bay beach is wonderful, here you can swim, snorkel and kayaks to your hearts content… its beautiful!

Hacienda Kass has five luxurious air condition bedrooms. The bathrooms are uniquely designed with beautiful talavera tiles. The ensuite master bedroom downstairs with large closet has access to the terrace with ocean view. There are 3 further ensuite bedrooms on the villas second level, one bedroom has a king four poster bed with temperpedic mattress, one boasts king bed with rattan head board and the other has a beautiful queen size sleigh bed. Each of the 3 suites lead out to the very spacious terrace with comfortable seating and hammocks. From the second level rear terraces you have wonderful views over the mangrove. Up one floor more and you have the 5th suite with king bed, a beautiful painting of clouds gives the impression you are sleeping in the clouds.

The roof top observatory is magnificent, the perfect for relaxation, enjoying the views of the ocean, jungle, sunsets and sunrises. This is a great place to have cocktails served from the wet bar. On the day bed you have the inscription ….and I think to myself what a wonderful world…..it certainly is!!
